Q5: Are the miners brand new?
A: Yes, we sell only new, sealed-in-box units sourced directly from manufacturers or their authorized distributors.

Q6: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide shipping details and choose a payment method.

Q7: What are your payment terms?
A: To provide our customers with the best possible prices, we accept payment exclusively in USDT and USDC stablecoins. This is a fundamental condition of doing business with Atom Miners. If this payment method is unsuitable, we recommend seeking alternative suppliers to avoid wasting both your time and ours.

Q8: Can I get a discount on an order?

Q9: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping, Customs & Logistics

Q10: Who handles customs clearance?
A: We provide comprehensive logistics support. Buyers from Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia receive equipment that has already been fully cleared through customs, with no additional fees or procedures required on their end. The exception is for shipments to countries in Africa and some countries in Central and South America, where the buyer may need to engage a local broker for final clearance.

Q11: How is the equipment declared for customs?
A: To ensure smooth international clearance, all mining hardware is declared on customs documentation as "Server Equipment" or "Data Center Equipment."

Q12: What about delivery for large orders like containers and power equipment?
A: Delivery of large-sized cargo, such as mining containers and industrial power equipment, is negotiated and paid for separately. For AI accelerator clusters, similar freight arrangements apply. Our dedicated logistics team will provide a tailored shipping quote (FOB, CIF, or DAP) and manage the specialized transport process to your specified destination. Please contact our staff for detailed planning.

Q13: What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
A: All shipments are fully insured. If a package is lost or shows visible damage upon delivery, you must:

  1. Report it to the delivery carrier immediately and get a damage report.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos and the report.
    We will file a claim and arrange a resolution.

Warranty & Support

Q14: What is your warranty policy?
A: All products come with a standard 365-day (1-year) limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Warranty service is facilitated by Atom Miners. Please see our full Terms page.

Q15: What is NOT covered by the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation, physical damage, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Q16: How do I get technical support?
A: For technical issues, please submit a detailed request through our Support Page. Include your order number, product model, serial number, and a clear description of the problem. Our team supports both mining hardware and AI accelerators.

Q17: Do you provide equipment for testing or reviews?
A: No. Atom Miners is a commercial distributor. We do not provide equipment free of charge for testing, reviews, or evaluation purposes. For such requests, please contact the hardware manufacturers directly.

Returns & Refunds

Q18: Can I return a miner if I change my mind?
A: We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. An 8% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please review our full Returns & Refunds Policy.

Q19: What if my miner is dead on arrival (DOA) or defective?
A: Report the issue to our support team within 14 days of delivery with evidence. We will issue an RMA number and guide you through the warranty claim process.

Q20: How long does a refund take?
A: Once an approved return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
