B. Pricing: Prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market fluctuations or manufacturer changes. All listed prices exclude shipping, taxes, and import duties.
C. Payment: Full payment is required before order processing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and select cryptocurrencies.
D. Order Confirmation: Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for reasons including inventory errors or pricing mistakes.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Export Compliance

A. International Shipping: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We do not ship to embargoed countries or to individuals/entities on sanctioned lists. You must comply with all applicable export controls.

A. Warranty Coverage: All hardware sold by Atom Miners™ carries a 365-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is administered by Atom Miners™ in cooperation with the manufacturer. Warranty service may involve repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion.
B. Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

• Damage from use with incompatible power supplies or environmental conditions.

• Normal wear and tear or consumable components.

• Issues arising from software, firmware, or mining pool configuration.

6. Risk and Liability Disclaimer

A. Mining Risks: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency mining involves significant risks, including hardware obsolescence, fluctuating cryptocurrency values, increasing mining difficulty, and regulatory changes. Profitability is not guaranteed.
B. Website Use: This Website and its Content are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access.
C.
